Truly A Great Time (December 2008)

I wanted to drop you a note about my family's experience at Avalanche Express on New Year's eve. We were trying to find something new to do on New Year's this year with our Kids, ages 12, 8 and 6.

Having spent many hours in your meeting rooms for work - staring out at the tubing lanes - I thought tubing would be fun. Everyone was on board and we planned on purchasing family passes so we could take advantage of tubing when we want to. We purchased our passes online the night before and were all set to make our way to York from Hanover on New Year's nite. Man was it cold that nite...

We arrived at the resort and as everyone was getting geared up, I went in and got the run down on what we needed to do as far as getting passes etc. I went back outside to the family to find that my youngest doesn't have a coat! Here's where your guys come in...

I suggested my wife ask the staff if there were any options for us while I moved the car. I came back in and your guys have my youngest getting fitted into one of your STAFF jackets. I need to mention that he is barely 3FT tall and weighs 24 pounds!

They couldn't have been more accommodating, kind and fantastic to him and my family. Because of them, we were able to keep the nite going, if not we would have had to either cancel, or go in shifts while my youngest was able to share a coat.

We had a blast, my wife and kids have been a couple of times since. Truly a great time.

We Truly Had A Blast (February 2009)

We had a blast at your resort...only wish we knew about the pkg deal with overnight accomodations! We will def be back again...maybe during the week next time tho. Thanks so much, we truly had a blast!

Great Night! (February 2009)

Thank you for a great evening last night!!! Special thanks to your staff for their guidance during this heat wave!! They were very patient and kept me up to date with slope conditions. All 70 tickets were ready on our arrival and a wonderfully smooth transaction. Our group had such a great time the kids fell asleep talking about it on the way home!
