Scheduling
Reservations are recommended for all Spa services at least 24 hours in advance
Walk-ins are only accepted if a service provider is available
A credit card is required to reserve all services
Your Appointment
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for any service
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
Do not shave 24 hours prior to any exfoliating treatment
Please bring flip flops/open toe shoes for pedicure services
Pedicure services may be refused due to contagious foot disorders
Most body treatments are enjoyed with minimal clothing. Undergarments or swimsuits may be worn if desired
Unless receiving services, children under 13 years of age are not permitted in the Spa
Salon Policies
All hair services are guaranteed for seven days
Hair care products may be exchanged within seven days
Skincare products and cosmetics may not be returned
Prices are subject to change without notice
Personal checks and American Express cards are not accepted as a method of payment
Cancellations without 24 hours notice and
missed appointments will be charged full price.
