What Happens in a Lomi Lomi Session?
IN preparation for the bodywork, you will be asked to remove all clothes and jewelry and lie on the massage table under a sheet. An atmosphere of care and respect is always maintained. You are draped with a folded sheet, exposing your back and legs, or you arms and legs on the front. If you prefer abdominal massage with the session, your abdomen will be undraped. Please inform your practitioner if you prefer more conservation draping.
During a Lomi Lomi session, long, flowing and pressured stokes weave up and down the body as the intuitive dance of motion encourages your consciousness to travel your vast inner landscape, while aligning body, mind and spirit.
