"We would not change a thing"

Steve and I are both very happy that we chose such a wonderful venue for our wedding reception, which was held at Heritage Hills on April 4th. We would not have changed a thing about the entire event.

The reception itself was great! The staff were superb. Everything was set up beautifully and just as we discussed. Everyone loved the food. The service of food, desserts, and drinks was excellent. The bar tenders were great at handling the long lines!

Tony and Tracy were both great people to work with from day one. Tony has an exceptional personality and made us all feel very comfortable and confident with choosing Heritage Hills. Tracy was very patient, helpful and readily available to work within planning the details of the reception. They make a great team, and were both extremely kind throughout the entire process.

Ashley, whom we only met two days before the event, made a great first impression and left us feeling confident that she would be very capable of taking care of everything exactly how we wanted. We met Keith when we arrived at our wedding reception and he did a terrific job throughout the night, along with Ashley. He was kind and courteous.

The entire staff at Heritage Hills, including anyone who worked "behind the scenes" all did a great job with our wedding! We truly appreciate it.

First off, thank you all so much for making our wedding day perfect! Neither of us could have imagined it any better! The staff was tremendous, food was great. Everything went so smoothly and it was truly like a fairytale wedding! Thank you all for the hard work and dedication in making sure everything went off without a hitch! You guys were awesome and we will miss working with you.

"The venue is absolutely stunning"

I would just like to thank you and your staff again for the amazing time that we had at our wedding reception this past August. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding. We still meet with family and friends who said that it was one of the best and most beautiful receptions that they have been to, and you and your staff we very accommodating with everything!

Everyone was so professional, kind and helpful the whole way through the planning process, it really allowed us to enjoy our time with our guests as bride and groom. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all of our questions were always answered promptly. From our first meeting with Tony, we always felt that he would do everything in his power to make our day run as smooth as possible. The hotel staff was very accommodating to the numerous guests that had traveled from out of town, and they all raved about their stay.

The night flowed smoothly thanks to your behind-the-scenes organization, and the food was nothing short of spectacular. The service by the staff was impeccable and we did not have to ask for a single thing on the night, everything just appeared as if by magic. We both had so much fun at the reception and really had such a memorable wedding day, it was a dream come true.

Thank you again and we will definitely recommend Heritage Hills to anyone that is getting married or hosting a special event.

Exactly What We Hoped It Would Be

IT WAS PERFECT! What a wonderful evening! Dad was so SURPRISED-he had no idea. The room was so elegant with the white and black candles. The setting was so pretty including a beautiful sunset. All of the food was DELICIOUS! Everyone said they loved walking around and eating from the different stations. So many people said they had no idea the room existed, but they LOVED it-maybe you'll get some future business from the event. Your idea of the pictures created good conversation. It was such a relaxed atmosphere, that most people stayed the whole evening. In fact, it was difficult getting some people to leave whe the time was finished. Ivan and the staff was so efficient, pleasant and helpful. I truly mean it was EXACTLY what we HOPED it would be. We enjoyed every minute, and so many people kept telling us it was a WONDERFUL PARTY. Thank you, Tony, for all your help and suggestions. We appreciated everything! It was great working with you and your staff. This will be a wonderful memory that our family will cherish.
